What is Driveway Tyres and Mobile Tyre Fitment?
Driveway Tyres is a tyre shop and Mobile Tyre Fitting service which is essenitally a tyre shop that comes to your house or work to change your tyres. It's a van expertly equipped with everything needed to change and replace your tyres at home or at work, giving you the ability to save time and be where you feel most comfortable or productive. Driveway Tyres unlocks possibilities never known before, doing what you love while still accomplishing your goal, getting your tyres changed. It's simply the best and most relaxing way to change your tyres.
Do I need an to provide power to the van?
Not at all, we're fully self powered, meaning we could change your tyres in the middle of a desert if we really needed to.
How much space is needed for you to change my tyres at home/work?
We don't need a whole lot of space. Most of the tyre work is done within the Mobile Tyre Shop (Driveway Tyres Van), so as long as the van is able to be parked close to your car then everything will be prefect. As gerenal rule if your doors can open atleast half way, then we have enough space for sure.
How do I know what my tyre size is?
It's pretty easy. On the side wall of your tyre you will see numbers that look something like "225/55 R17" for example. That is your tyre size. On your shop page you will see a very good example picture of a tyre zoomed into the tyre size numbers just mentioned. The first number (225) represents the Width of the tyre, the second (55) represents the Profile of the tyre, and lastly the (R17) is the size of the tyre. Once you know your tyre size, search for your size and you'll see all the available tyres. Be sure to check the sizes of both your back and front tyres because some cars are designed with different sizes for the front and back tyres.
How long do fitments usually take?
2 tyre take 20 minutes, 4 tyres 40 minutes.
What are some of the things I can do while you change my tyres at home? (This is just for fun, but also totally true)
